It has been over a year since Desperate Housewives ended. I can’t believe it has been that long. Desperate Housewives is my favourite show ever and I don’t think people understand how much it means to me. It sounds silly, I know, that a TV show could mean a lot to you but it really did/does. I met so many amazing twitter and tumblr friends through the show. I still talk to some of them now and I’m forever grateful to have them. We would always talk about how we were gonna live on a street like Wisteria Lane when we were older and imagine how amazing it would be. I miss all of that. I miss talking about the episodes right after they aired and I just miss the episodes airing. I didn’t watch the show when it first aired but when I did start watching it I watched it from the very start up until the current season. It feels like I watched it for 8 years. I know the characters’ lives as if they’re my own. I think I’m going to start watching the episodes from the beginning again because I just miss it so much.
Thank you to Marcia Cross, Eva Longoria, Felicity Huffman, Teri Hatcher, Brenda Strong, Dana Delany, Nicollette Sheridan and Vanessa Williams aswell as the men and kids of Wisteria Lane and of course Marc Cherry for creating and bringing the best TV show ever to life. Nothing will compare.
